If you have any queries, please contact:
At present, fraudsters are increasingly using the “CaixaBank” brand by impersonating bank advisors working for CaixaBank by e-mail or telephone. We would like to expressly point out that CaixaBank, S.A. Zweigniederlassung Deutschland does not offer any loans, savings products or other banking or financing services to private individuals or small businesses in Germany or from Germany and that no bank advisors work for CaixaBank.
The fraudsters offer you savings products such as savings books, term deposits or other types of financial investments. The requests and offers reach you via e-mail addresses that appear to have been sent by CaixaBank employees. In addition, the fraudsters use the logo and other features of CaixaBank's corporate design in their e-mails or in the documents they send you, as well as the legal information from our website, to deceive you. These advisors, who do not work for us, ask you, for example, to transfer money to them in order to invest it in investment products that do not actually exist. So if you have received such a call or e-mail, please do not respond to it, do not reply, do not click on any links, do not download or send any file attachments, but report this attempted fraud to us by e-mail: 5321@caixabank.com. We take this issue very seriously and do our best to prevent such activities.
If you have transmitted confidential data, information about your means of payment or bank accounts or if you have detected fraudulent transactions on your bank accounts or have transferred money to a fraudulent bank account, please do the following: Inform your bank advisor at your bank, stop the transaction as soon as possible and report it to the nearest police station.
